My Story

My photo
re-DESIGN-ing REAL-ity
Savannah, Georgia, United States
My name is K. Lindsay Boatright and I am a hopeless case against the status quo… There are too many great ideas, endless amounts of creative energy and countless blank canvases that surround us every day, to be content with the house, the parties, the crafts and so much more! And thanks to recent life changes this wife and mother of two, is constantly re-DESIGN-ing her REAL-ity. The biggest creative challenge I face is constructing ideas into REAL-ity on a REAL budget, utilizing tangible resources. I would love to have design show budgets, but let’s try the dollar discount stores and the clearance racks, let’s try reinventing items over and over. If you are like me, you simply can not afford nor justify spending large amounts of money on items or events. In the past year I have re-DESIGN-ed my REAL-ity, from career woman to stay at home mom, from strong dual incomes and a custom built house, to a challenging single income and a past rental property turned home… This blog is another day and another chance to share with others the type of DESIGN I truly enjoy and that anyone can do- REAL ideas, REAL budgets, REAL resources for your REAL lifestyle.
